Greetings Beloved One-ness,

Today marks our evolution beyond personal to communal
Gratitude.  Congratulations and Thank you for your
presence on this amazing journey!
For the past 12 days our primary focus has been on Self,
creating a greater connection to what IS, allowing
our  Love to BE and granting Gratitude the power

to lead in a universal, yet personal way.
As we develop a strong sense of Self- Gratitude, this Source
Force energy will, by nature of Syntropy, call order to chaos,
re-creating our present-day civilizations into a harmonious
gathering of Love as Light.
What is Syntropy? This word, coined by Luigi Fantappié in
1942, is defined as such: "A tendency towards order and
symmetrical combinations, designs of ever more
advantageous and orderly patterns. Evolutionary
cooperation."
This exactly what we are witnessing Now – our collective
consciousness waking to our innate co-creative abilities – in

a magnificent mandalic precession of manifested miracles.
Wow!
From an energetic standpoint, just imagine what our
growing field of Gratitude looks like, as each one of us
stands as a point of Light, a being of Love, as waking
Gratitude?

Consider this – You are the "see’d" at the heart of Gratitude,
the community is the spiral expanding, exploring and
expressing Love as Life. As each of us moves through this
geometric spin, it creates fractals, waves of creation – a
(k)new world evolving through syntropy in order to Divinely
BE. What a sight to see!

THANK YOU FOR BEING YOU

Just for today:
Thank you for being YOU.
Fully, completely, ever-so-sweetly let this
flow of Love and Gratitude permeate every

nano-aspect of the Divine being called You.
In every way possible, spend today giving thanks
to you … Remember, as you do, you are setting a
pattern for others to follow, too.

To expand and magnify this exercise:

Imagine yourself as a newborn, an infant,
a child, teen, young adult~ and so on ~ until
you connect all with Now. At each stage, give
thanks for your unique-ness, talents, and
timely experiences. Allow all aspects of you to come
together, as One in Love and Gratitude.

World Gratitude – Day 14 – SOLE GRATITUDE

SOLE GRATITUDE

Our bodies are animated earth, embracing Love’s light.
Our feet ~ the seat of under-standing
and platforms for graceful landing ~
give us the ability to quickly shift, to raise our view,
to travel, dance, and explore the (k)new.
Just for today …
Consider directly connecting feet to earth,
grounding yourself in Gratitude. As you do,
imagine a vortex of light flowing through your
soles to the center of the Earth.
Now witness this flow returning to you,
sole-fully connecting all who stand as Gratitude.

Go Gratitude!

Remember, our feet represent our under-standing,
our ability to perceive the wisdom of the journey

~ this, too, is the gift of Gratitude.
Now, openly ask yourself:
What great feats have your feet greeted, too?
What (k)new wisdom will your soul/soles lead
you to?
What truths are hidden just under the surface,
supporting waking dreams, delivering you
to your purpose?

Stand in living nature, between the earth and the sky.
Feel the earth under your feet; feel how the earth carries
you and holds you up.
Feel the infinite sky above you; it inspires, straightens,
and elevates you.
In the sky, think of the origin of your spirit and
of your intelligence.
In the sky, think of the origin of your eternal soul, of the
higher universal consciousness.
In the earth, think of the origin of your terrestrial soul,
of your individual consciousness.
Feel yourself as a living union of the forces of the sky and

the earth, of the infinite and the development.
Kneel on the ground, and with your right hand, dig a little
hole in the earth.
Put your hands together in front of the center of your chest
(mystical heart), in the sign of prayer and inner union with
heaven and earth within you.
In this sacred posture, let a beautiful light, a force, a
presence of the heaven flow through you: the omnipresence
of the Father of all living beings. You can imagine a diamond
light, transparent like pure water.
Bend down with love before Mother Earth, and place your
hands around the little hole. Bend down completely so that
your mouth is laid on your hands.
Offer then by your word the "thank you" of heaven to
Mother Earth; offer also the "thank you" of your heart, and,
through it, the "thank you" of the heart of humanity.

Upon arrival in physical time we daily change,
re-arranging shape, form, and feature …
our bodies growing by divine design
to support our wishes, dreams, and adventures
supreme.
Now consider this – from birth on,
all dimensions change in our physical
frames ~ all except One …
The EYE.
From first blink to final wink
this window of time remains one size
offering a steady view of timely Life.
Why?

In order to re-member this:

It’s what you choose to see that

changes, rather than just the view.

So how to re-view life as a child, trusting, open and pure?

Ready …
Blink.
Now Open your eyes prepared to (k)newly view
life through the eyes of Gratitude.

While our eyes remain the same size, the muscles
used to alter our view are continually in a state of change,

actively assisting our shifting gaze.
Here is a fabulous exercise to strengthen eye muscles,
overcoming possible atrophy caused by staring at
fixed distances – such as computer screens and

other things. Consider using one or more exercises
a day to maintain healthy eye muscles.
1) stare at the tip of your nose. next, move your gaze
to 15 feet in front f you. Now, extend your view to
infinity ~ as far as you can see. Now move back and forth,
through each stage 12 x’s.
2) Look up at the 12 o’clock position. Now look at three
o’clock, six, nine and back to twelve. hold each station for
about three seconds, moving round the clock three times.
Now reverse the flow, going back in time … three spins
round you go!
3) Make the symbol of Gratitude, beginning within moving
out and aroundto complete the form. Now reverse this
spin, moving within to center you view in Gratitude …
repeat ’til you feel complete.
